About the company

iPost (iPost Cargo) is a cargo service that delivers purchases from Chinese marketplaces (Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo, Poizon and others) to Uzbekistan. The client receives an ID code in the app or in the Telegram bot @ipostuzbot and specifies the address of the iPost warehouse in China; customs clearance in Uzbekistan is handled by iPost. Directions: • Auto from Yiwu — $6/kg, 12–15 days from the day the cargo leaves the warehouse in China, shipments every 2–3 days. Parcels up to 15 kg are charged only by actual weight; heavier ones are charged by the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L×W×H/6000). Serial cargo and batches are subject to a separate rate. • Air from Shenzhen (from August 2026) — $9.9/kg, commercial batch $11.9/kg, 3–7 working days, minimum 100 g, volumetric weight L×W×H/6000. Phones are not shipped by air. Within Tashkent, door delivery is free; in the regions, delivery to the nearest pickup point is free (iPost's own points, Post of Uzbekistan offices and EMU). Payment upon arrival in Uzbekistan (Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo). Storage at the warehouse in China is free for 30 days; insurance is optional. iPost's liability begins with acceptance at the warehouse in China.
