About the company
RENCARGO (RenCargo Transportation) is a cargo delivery company shipping goods from Turkey to Russia, operating since 2017. Cargo is accepted in Istanbul (Fatih), Bursa and Ankara (the FAQ mentions branches in Antalya and Alanya too) and handed over at the warehouse in Moscow. For delivery to other Russian cities, cargo is passed to transport companies (CDEK, PEK, KIT, Delovye Linii, Energiya, Magic Trans) at the recipient's expense. Shipments go out daily except Sunday. We do not ship from Russia to Turkey or to other countries. Rates to Moscow: air freight — $7.5/kg for all categories (down jackets $8.5), 7–8 days, from 10 kg; express air «Авиа 3» — $8.5/kg for textiles and footwear, 3–4 days; road — clothing $4.5/kg, footwear $5.5/kg, 14–16 days, from 10 kg; «авто по белой» with official customs clearance — $2.5–9.5/kg depending on the type of goods, from 50 kg, about 25 days. Air freight flies to the country neighboring Russia, then continues by road. No separate charge per piece. Safe delivery guarantee — $20 per kg in case of damage or loss of cargo. Cumulative cashback: $0.1/kg after 1 t, $0.2/kg after 5 t, $0.3/kg after 10 t. Also: delivery to Wildberries and Ozon warehouses through a fulfillment partner, «Честный знак» marking, product certification, remote purchasing and supplier search, shopping assistance, whole trucks and containers on request. Fragile cargo is packed in wooden crates ($20–25). We do not carry medicines, dietary supplements, alcohol-containing liquids or books. Payment: cash US dollars when handing over the cargo; on arrival in Moscow — by transfer to Sberbank at the exchange rate (5–7 ₽ above the CBR rate), via «Золотая Корона», in USDT, or by Turkish card in lira and dollars.
